One of my favorite things about our house is the red front door. I just love it!
When I first painted our kitchen it seemed very minty. But it has grown on me now and I really like the color of it now.

I didn't think we would be so sad to leave our house, but we've really enjoyed working on it this past year and turning it into our home.
Reid had a job interview this week out in Los Alamos. So Brooke and I went with him to check out the area. We loved being by the mountains again. I think the mountains are one of the things we've missed the most since being out on the East coast.

This is amuseum in Santa Fe. It had been a long time since I'd been to Santa Fe and I just loved all the South Western architecture out there.
Until now we've always been moving around from apartment to apartment so this is the first year we've been able to have a garden since we got married. It has kind of been Reid's baby. He has enjoyed planting everything and watching it grow. And we have all enjoyed eating it.
Luckily, Brooke loves tomatoes and will just bite into it and eat a whole one if we let her. She also loves tomatoe sandwiches which have become a staple in our house lately.
